Resource route

NQCC, IBM Quantum, IonQ, and academic routes to confirm.

This page describes possible resource routes for the proposed 3-month demonstrator. It avoids claiming access, endorsement, or partnership before written confirmation.

Quantum resource route

Resource access request for a focused benchmark.

The PoC can begin on simulators and request quantum-computing access only where it gives a measurable comparison for the secure evidence-path optimisation workload.

NQCC/SparQ

Programme support

The proposed request is for guidance on which NQCC resources, technical advice, or access route are appropriate for a 3-month business-led PoC.

IBM Quantum

Potential cloud access

IBM Quantum access can be considered for simulator and QPU benchmarking if account, queue, cost, and suitability are confirmed.

IonQ

Potential cloud access

IonQ can be considered for a small quantum-seal or optimisation benchmark if API access, cost, and project fit are confirmed.

Nottingham

Potential academic route

Professor Kai / University of Nottingham is listed as a potential advisory route to be confirmed, covering technical advice, validation, or a support letter if appropriate.

ZeroThink

Existing implementation base

TalkToAI and ZeroThink can provide web workflow, AI-assisted reporting, provenance UI, and demonstrator infrastructure.

No unconfirmed claims

Subject to approval

Public and application text does not state that access, collaboration, endorsement, or funding is confirmed until written confirmation exists.

Application pathway

NQCC/SparQ resource request for review.

Following eligibility confirmation, this section defines the exact technical resource question: which NQCC/SparQ support or quantum access route best fits the proposed benchmark workload.
